The best way to prepare McCrum fries is to deep fry or oven bake them for less fat and calories without sacrificing taste. For best results, keep product frozen until ready to use. No matter what method you use to cook these fries, remember to cook them until they achieve a golden brown color.

Deep Fry: Fill fry basket half full (about 1.5 lbs.) with frozen fries. Deep fry at 350°F for 3.5 minutes or until golden brown.

Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place a single layer on an oven safe try. Once preheated, place tray in oven and cook for 15 minutes. Remove fries from oven, flip and return to oven for an additional 5 to 10 minutes.
